This begins with a consultation at your home or site to hear your ideas and envision the potential of the project. Design concepts, sketches and plans then evolve with active client input. Pre-Construction

Our clients highly value the construction management that begins hand in hand with the design process. Too frequently beautiful designs do not turn into finished projects once a contractor brings realistic numbers to the table. With our process accurate estimates, timelines and permit realities are considered early and often. We prefer open and clear communication on the topics of budget and schedule. No vague bids hiding unclear costs or over eager promises of unrealistic completion dates.

Building

Before the first hammer or shovel is on site we have already developed dependable working relationships with our clients. It isn’t a stranger who comes into your home on demolition day but a trusted professional. Throughout construction we are a daily presence to ensure things move smoothly and the inevitable hiccups are dealt with as quickly as possible.
