Project Delivery:

Our preferred method for project delivery is Cost-Plus Design-Build. Design-Build means we are the architect, general contractor and carpenter. This integrated process is simple and streamlined allowing each phase of the project to inform the others. Cost-Plus refers to an open book costing & billing method; clients see all direct costs and contractor mark-up for every aspect of the job, enabling them to make educated decisions about needs and budget. This begins early in the design process as a reality check, moves into an accurate estimate and adjusts through the job with each invoice to reflect actual costs. This method also allows the client greater freedom to make changes mid-stream without incurring excess bureaucratic burden.
