Navigating Berkeley zoning restrictions on this small lot, the kitchen was relocated into a bright and contemporary addition. The original subfloor of the house was reused in a wall of built in storage which wraps into the hallway, clearly delineating the remodel area. Project design and supervision by Tekton Architecture/Artisan Builders.
